Within the ebook, entitled Miami Seashore 1988 – 1995, author and photographer Invoice Hayes offers historic context to the troubled instances that Miami Seashore skilled on account of drug wars.

Over time, town started to prosper within the early 90s, and Miami Seashore returned to its glamorous and hedonistic former self.

“The vacationers have been returning, promenading down Ocean Drive and Washington Avenue, mingling with the Latinos, gays, transvestites, crazies and youngsters step-dancing alongside the sidewalk with beatboxes to their ears.” Hayes says.
