Libya ‘warfare crimes’ movies shared on social media

An investigation by BBC Arabic has discovered proof of alleged warfare crimes in Libya being extensively shared on Fb and YouTube.

The BBC discovered photographs and movies on social media of the our bodies of fighters and civilians being desecrated by fighters from the self-styled Libyan Nationwide Military.

The power, led by strongman Common Khalifa Haftar, controls a swathe of territory within the east of Libya and is making an attempt to grab the capital, Tripoli.

Underneath worldwide legislation the desecration of our bodies and posting the photographs on-line for propaganda is a warfare crime.
